A short story about us...

We are Karina, Yareni, and Jessica—three Latina entrepreneurs brought together by a shared purpose: to empower our community through knowledge, financial education, and accessible, trustworthy professional services. We met while pursuing the same vision: helping more people take control of their businesses, protect their assets, and build a future grounded in stability and real opportunities. That’s how Negocios Latinos Group was born—a company that today offers personalized services in accounting, payroll, taxes, and life insurance, integrating education, planning, and support every step of the way.

Over time, our commitment grew stronger. We also founded our nonprofit organization, Emprende Latino, to extend support to low-income individuals who dream of starting a business or improving their finances but don’t always have access to professional tools and guidance.

Each of us brings expertise in key areas: tax preparation and contractor training, accounting and financial management, life insurance and strategic planning. But most importantly, we work from the heart, guided by values of integrity, empathy, and service.

Now more than ever, we believe in the strength of our community and in the power of education, service, and collective growth. Because when one person thrives, the entire community moves forward.
